Grandparents Day is a special occasion to honour and appreciate Grandparents for the love and support they give to their grandchildren. Our school celebrated Grandparents Day and Graduation Day on 29th March 2023 with great joy and excitement at the school auditorium. The program began at 9.30 am with Prayer Song followed by Lighting the lamp ceremony. The Chief Guest of the day was Bindu Ma’am, the former Vice Principal of the school. All the guests were given a warm and cheerful welcome to the function. Father Manager and Father Principal addressed and appreciated the little ones and their grandparents. The varieties of programs performed by children, grandparents and staff made the function a memorable one. It was a wonderful way to involve children in recognizing the important role grandparents play in their lives.
The Graduation ceremony was an emotional experience for everyone. It was so proud and nice to see the little ones in their graduation gowns and caps and each one received their diplomas. Father Principal and Father Manager delivered their speech congratulating the Graduates and their grandparents. It was a bittersweet day marking the end of a chapter in their lives but also the beginning of a new and exciting one. Finally the ceremony was concluded with vote of thanks followed by singing of the National Anthem.
