World environment day is the largest global platform for environmental public outreach and is celebrated by millions of people across the world. This year it is hosted by Sweden. Our school organized a program in accordance with this special day. We were honoured to have the dignitaries from OISCA, Mukkam chapter who donated saplings to our campus. Respected Manager, Principal, teachers and student representatives of Sanjivani Eco club planted the saplings.The main highlight of the program was the quiz competition for the students of grade 6to 10 based on the theme environment. The talented young ones performed in a real competitive spirit. A pledge to safeguard the mother earth also was undertaken by all the students and staff.
