The Ozone layer covers our mother earth and protects our life on this planet by absorbing harmful ultraviolet-B radiation from the sun.
September 16 was designated by the United Nations General Assembly as the International Day for the preservation of the Ozone layer. Our 10th std students presented a video which highlighted the significance of Ozone layer, ill effects of ultra violet rays etc. The video became eye catching with their demonstration and also with the picture presentation.
